palm springs weekends

went to palm springs last weekend. hm... what should I say? it was more of a last minute get away. I actually got a coupon from coach thinking I would be saving a great deal if I shop at the outlet. I got a 20% discount by sharing my email up with them, so why not? as it turned out, when I walked it, they gave me an automatic discount just for visiting the store! ehhh.... whatever, I needed to be away from home anyway. I got a quiz coming up tmrw and I sure wasnt ready! I suppose to be finished with my book by now by I've got as far a chapter 6, and it was 20 something chapters book? I wasnt even sure lol. anyway, enough with the paranoia with the quiz.

Back to my mini vacation. We stayed at Ace, a hipster's paradise. went to eat at our favorite buffet spot. we hoped to have a steak and lobster dinner again, but this time it was just a regular buffet... damnit. We gambled for a bit, lost about $70 =( and did some shopping. I bought makeup bag, a laptop case, and a coin purse... all from coach. dont assk me why I bought another laptop case. I guess I was a bit obsessed; none seems to fit my laptop! Im in a giggly mood recently, mainly because I've done some serious shopping this entire month so Im ecstatic! =D. isnt it awesome having the most wonderful husband in the world?

new laptop sleeve

I got mine by mail yesterday via fedex. I was surprised how fast the shipment was because I placed an order on it on saturday and received it tuesday! I actually bought it at south coast plaza, but since they only have one in stock, which is the one on display, I decided to have the sales associates placed an order for me right at the store. I feel spoiled sometimes. well, my husband's the one that spoiled me all the time. He's the one that encourage me to buy a coach laptop sleeve even though I only need a laptop sleeve. to my surprised, I found another nice laptop sleeve at TJ max and decided to buy that also on the same day I ordered my coach one. he, funny thing is I already have one at home. so now what, I have three latop sleeve/bag total lol.

oh btw, thats my hello kitty shopping bag. everyone is going green now, including hello kitty ^_^

updates and some pictures from my wedding

well, as I was saying last time, I promised to upload some of my wedding pictures whenever I get a new laptop. yes, I got myself a sony vaio simply because it was pink. I now came to realized that I own so many pink stuff! my room used to be pink before I was married, my DSI case is also pink, my yearly planner is also pink (helly kitty of course!) and not to mention my closet is full of pink tops lol. Im actually not that much of a girly girl. I can be very tough at certain circumstances. so anyway, here are some of my wedding pics. as I titled it, "our arranged marriage" lol. if you take a look at our expression we dont seem to look very happy. of course its not that we didnt wanna get married, but as a cambodian tradition wedding it normally took three days. and ours was only 2 days and we were already exhausted. it was a very beautiful wedding; so many outfit changed, so many beautiful flowers, all of my relatives including ones from outer states are here, and best of all I get to spend the rest of my life with the man I love.

December 1st was my birthday. I am turning 26... :/

I didnt really do anything special this year cuz I decided to get braces instead. how is that relevant? well, my braces cost about $4,000 so I promise Ny that if he help me pay for it I wont ask for any gift on birthdays or any holidays until my braces are paid off. I guess he lived to my words. ta dah! I didnt get anything for my birthday or Christmas. Im not bitter though, I am happy enough to finally get something I wanted in a very long time. I think I look kinda cute with braces too hehe. sooo after I get a new laptop I will upload tons of pictures on here. Im just very lazy right now cuz I hate sitting on the computer too long.

other than that, Happy New Year! I know its late, but it's never too late to start new.. anything new.

Did I forget to mention? I am married now. again, I will post pictures of my wedding later. August 22, 2009 was the day Ny and I got married. fairly new, but I feel like I've been with this guy forever already. still love him more and more each day. I must admit, we are not compatible, but we believe that love conquer all.
